Local yoga instructor, Margaret Buchanan, is set to bring her unique Strala style yoga classes to the beachfront of Puerto Banus.
The classes will take place every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9.30am at La Sala by the Sea, on the beach near Puerto Banus and the Gran Hotel Guadalpin Banus.
Margaret first practiced yoga when she was pregnant with her eldest daughter, who is now 28. Having stumbled across her passion, she went on to train as a teacher completing training in both Thailand and Bali, before discovering Strala in New York City in 2014. This was the turning point for Margaret and she believes that “Strala is not about reaching a goal or a perfect pose, it is about enjoying the journey and creating an experience”.
Classes are priced at just 10€.
