La Sala is Going Places
The Sala UK operation comes under licence from the successful La Sala restaurant in Puerto Banús, Spain, and is backed by a host of big names in the world of sport, including Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Stephen Carr.
With James Horler, one of the giants of the hospitality industry in the UK at the helm, La Sala UK Ltd will be bringing with it the high standards of quality and service of the brand from day one. James is best known for building La Tasca into one of the country’s leading restaurant chains before selling it in 2007. La Sala UK aim to launch six La Sala restaurants in the south of England over the next three years.
Horler has said of La Sala, “Our new restaurant will offer a charming combination of quality cuisine and unbeatable atmosphere. Accentuated by impeccable service and value for money. It’s very much about the dining and entertainment experience, which is ideally suited to a location like this one.
“The restaurant in Spain is famed as a celebrity haunt, having welcomed everyone from Premier League footballers to celebrity chefs and members of the royal family, and we expect La Sala Woodford Green to follow suit.
La Sala in the UK will take all that is best about the Spanish restaurant and give it a local twist. We will be working hard to engage with our neighbours and are committed to becoming an integral part of the local community.”
