La Sala Puerto Banus is thrilled to announce the launch of its newest sporting venture, Sala Padel, at the prestigious Villa Padierna Racquets Club. The exciting first event took place on Saturday 20th January, with glorious sunshine and enthusiastic players, marking the beginning of a series of monthly tournaments.
The launch event was a roaring success, with a fantastic blend of social competition and camaraderie both on and off the padel courts. Sala Padel offers a unique opportunity for players to enjoy the thrilling sport of padel with friends and make new connections within the padel community. With a commitment to fostering a friendly and competitive atmosphere, Sala Padel is set to become a prominent fixture in the local sporting calendar.
The monthly tournaments will feature competitions in various categories, catering to different skill levels:
Female Intermediate and Advanced
Male Intermediate and Advanced
Mixed Intermediate and Advanced
The rounds, semi-finals, and finals will unfold at the state-of-the-art Villa Padierna Racquets Club, providing players with an exceptional setting for their padel matches. Following the action-packed games, participants and spectators alike can continue the fun at La Sala Puerto Banus, where post-event drinks and an unbeatable atmosphere await.

Individuals are encouraged to enter either the female or male category, mixed, or both, either with a partner or on their own. For those without a partner, Sala Padel offers the flexibility to pair players up, ensuring everyone can participate in the excitement of the game.
The events are expertly organised by Leanne May, a seasoned professional in the events industry with over 25 years of experience in the UK and Spain. Leanne, who also manages Sala Golf, brings her wealth of knowledge to Sala Padel, promising participants well-organised and enjoyable tournaments.
Priced at just 18€ per player for male, female, or mixed and just 36€ per player for male, femal, and mixed, inclusive of court fee, balls, tapas, and a drink at Villa Padierna, as well as after-padel drink at La Sala Puerto Banus and great prizes.
