This collaboration represents a major step forward for both brands, combining their expertise to create exceptional hospitality experiences across the continent. Unlike many hotel operators, 1912 Hotels places food and beverage at the core of its strategy, developing branded dining concepts as key revenue drivers. With Sala Group’s renowned portfolio—including La Sala, La Sala By The Sea, OAK Firehouse & Cocktail, and The Clubhouse—the partnership will position hotel restaurants as stand-alone destinations, drawing both locals and international visitors.
The first joint venture will be the launch of OAK Firehouse & Cocktail at the prestigious Cubo Golf Resort Ljubljana this October. This contemporary dining and mixology concept will deliver a vibrant, soulful atmosphere to Slovenia’s capital—blending open-fire cuisine with a curated cocktail program and live entertainment, all set against the scenic backdrop of one of Europe’s most celebrated golf resorts.
