Sala Golf raises funds in aid of DEBRA, The Butterfly Children Charity
On Saturday the 9th February, 88 golfers took part in the Sala Super League enjoying a fabulous morning at Rio Real Golf Club followed by lunch at La Sala Puerto Banús.
The raffle and small auction on the day raised an impressive 2,745€ with all proceeds donated to the local charity.
The DEBRA Butterfly Children’s Charity is an organisation which exists specifically to help people with Epidermolysis Bullosa. A non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with EB and their families in Spain.
Inés Silva from the charity commented “We are very grateful that the Sala Group has dedicated three of their golf events to the Butterfly Children and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the guests for their donations, your help gives us wings.”
The next Sala Golf event to raise money for Debra will be held on the 27th July at Santana Golf in Mijas.
