Buddha Beach and La Sala Golf Classic

The fantastic Alferini Golf Course at the Hotel Villa Padierna was the venue for the first Buddha Beach and La Sala Golf Golf Classic Tournament in June. Over 50 players, including Premiership footballer David Bentley, enjoyed a great day’s play on the challneging course.

At the end of a close competition, the Luxury Network were declared winners and were awarded the David Marshall designed trophy, as well as four bottles of Laurent Perrier champagne and lunch at Buddha Beach.

The Buddha Boys team , which included Buddha Beach owner Ian Radford, finished second but sportingly awarded their second prize of dinner for four at La Sala to third place team The Fat Buddhas.

There were also awards of bottles of Laurent Perrier champagne for David Bentley for nearest to the pin and longest drive went to John Davies.

A special mention must go to Simply Shuttles for organising the tournament as well as sponsors Lexland.
