Ahead of his Tropical Fiesta Concert tomorrow evening at Puente Romano Tennis Club Marbella, Kid Creole and company staged a press conference in the beautifully tropical La Sala by the Sea restaurant in Marbella.
Oozing charm and charisma, the enduringly popular Kid Creole was joined by his wife, Eva Tudor Jones – one of the famous dancing Coconuts, and performer and song-writer Chico Castillo – who will be giving a taster of his show tonight at La Sala, Puerto Banús.
Kid Creole delighted the many press in attendance with details of his idyllic lifestyle in Hawaii, where he lives most the time when not on tour, owns a beach bar, and finds inspiration for his legendary song writing skills.
Fans of Kid Creole & The Coconuts can expect to hear all of the band’s hits tomorrow evening at the last concert of the summer in Marbella. They can also mingle with the Kid and co at an after-party at La Sala, Puerto Banús immediately after the concert.
Meanwhile La Sala by the Sea is preparing for a bumper weekend as British holidaymakers pour onto the Coast to take advantage of the August bank-holiday weekend.
