Les Roches Marbella International School of Hotel Management is the number one Hospitality Management School in Spain. For over a year now, the marketing team of Sala Group has been working closely with the final year students of Les Roches Marbella, who are specialising in Business Planning.
As La Sala Puerto Banús was created by individual entrepreneurs, so they are eager to encourage the students, share some valuable hands-on knowledge to ensure the success of their future in the hospitality business. Sala Group will also recruit some of the high caliber students from the final year class.
Sala Group provided the students with genuine case studies, one of them being their newest restaurant, OAK Garden & Grill, located in front of La Sala that will be opening June 10th. It was actually one of Les Roches’ students, Helen Gonzalez, who initially thought of the OAK idea. ‘I’m thrilled to be working with this talented group of young individuals. We have incorporated numerous ideas from their presentations and we would be proud to have any of them in our team,” the group’s chairman Ian Radford commented.
Les Roches Marbella International School of Hotel Management is a private university in Marbella, a branch campus of Les Roches Switzerland. This co-educational hospitality management school is accredited by the Commission on Institutes of Higher Education (CIHE) of the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Les Roches Marbella exposes their students to a broad range of hospitality management courses covering the inter-related areas of the travel & tourism industry.
