Gift Appeal Christmas Luncheon to be held at La Sala Puerto Banus
Thursday 2nd December marks the date for a festive fundraising event aimed at supporting local families in need this Christmas.
The event has been organised by local charity Collective Calling and will include a 2 Course Lunch with free-flowing Cava from 2pm until 4pm.
Co-Founder Paul Carr speaks about the cause: “Collective Calling is not your usual charity, we are a community of people, who all share a calling to help others through times of need. We’re excited to be initiating the “Christmas Present Appeal” again this year, in collaboration with La Sala Puerto Banus. Last year over 400 presents were distributed to low-income families to help ease the pressure that Christmas can sometimes bring. It was an absolute joy to see all of those smiling faces and we can’t wait to do it all again this year.”
The afternoon will showcase live music by Simone Lisa singing all your favourite Soul & Motown hits as well as an impressive Charity Raffle raising additional funds with fabulous prizes.
Attendees are encouraged to bring wrapped Christmas gifts labelled with the gender/age of the child that the present is for although this request is not mandatory. Co-Founder Gemma Carr further adds: “We believe every child deserves a gift at Christmas so please bring a gift along if you can.”
