Guest Safety First
To guarantee the health of our clients and employees and ensure that our facilities can be enjoyed with the maximum sanitary guarantees in relation to Covid-19, Sala Group has adopted the strict anti-Covid-19 health standards as designed by:
- The World Health Organization
- The Spanish government, by Sala Group complying with the standards of the “Safe Hospitality” programme
- The Andalusian Government, by Sala Group complying with the standards of the “Andalusia Safe Destination” programme
Health & Safety Measures:
- Temperature screening at the entrance of the premises for both our guests and employees
- Provision of suitable personal protective equipment for all our employees, in the shape of face masks for our waiters, and disposable face masks, gloves and aprons for our kitchen and cleaning employees
- Single-dose cleaning wipes with antivirus disinfectant for our guests
- Installation of disinfectant gel dispensers in all areas of our facilities
- Continuous cleaning and disinfection of all our premises, with a particular focus on bathrooms and kitchens
- Thorough disinfection of tables and chairs after each guest
- Strict control of minimum distance required (1.5m) between tables, guests and employees
- Elimination of physical menus, paper napkins, and any other shared physical elements
- Strict protocol of action in the case of detecting the suspicion of an infection in employees implemented
- Strict anti-covid protocol for all our suppliers implemented
