Famous Footballing Faces at Boutique Beach Club Spectacular Launch of Summer Season
On Friday 6th June, La Sala by the Sea, Marbella’s chic boutique beach club close to Puerto Banús, got the resort’s summer season off to a glittering start with the venue’s much anticipated annual white and gold party. Looking exceptionally beautiful for the evening, the bijou beach club was decked with exotic blooms and bathed in flaming torch light.
Dressed in shimmering white and gold, the glamorous guests – including famous faces – enjoyed a spectacular evening including delectable Thai tapas and the option of a luxurious three-course dinner including a choice of Chateaubriand or sea bass complete with Laurent Perrier champagne.
The event served as the official unveiling of the season’s summer dining, with La Sala by the Sea now open nightly for exotic Thai cuisine, La Sala signature dishes and music, all in an idyllic, Thai-inspired beach and poolside location.

Several hundred guests – including well-known footballing celebrities – enjoyed what is fast becoming one of the most emblematic events of the Marbella summer in the chic La Sala by the Sea. A programme of breathtaking entertainment included dancers, fire-eaters, acrobats and fantastic live music by the vibrant pianist and songstress Yanela Brooks. Entrance included access to the after party at sister venue and celebrity haunt superclub, Aqwa Mist where many guests partied the night away.
