It was a very merry little Christmas season at La Sala
With the 2021 festive period drawing to a close, it’s time to reflect on the celebrations that brought so much joy to both locals and visitors in Marbella during this holiday season.
Setting the scene with absolute perfection was the La Sala Ski Lodge located on the outdoor terrace at La Sala Puerto Banus. This ultimate alpine experience made guests feel super festive thanks to the dazzling falling snow and twinkling lights. There was even the chance to sit back and relax inside a real ski lift cabin whilst being served piping hot chocolate or a cheeky cocktail or two!
Throughout the month of December, La Sala became the destination for local charities to host their events. Fashion shows, gift appeals, charity raffles and live music all took place to raise funds for local animal shelters – Triple A and Palevlas protectora de animales as well as Collective Calling and The Elena Gaite Foundation. A further selection of sell out festive tribute nights showcased the very best local talent including Abba, Michael Buble’s Christmas tribute and a Motown and Soul Tribute Show accompanied by a sensational band.
For the little ones, Santa Clause came to La Sala not once but three times for breakfast with Snowflake the elf. Appearing like magic, Snowflake kept the children entertained as they enjoyed breakfast with family before meeting Santa himself to hand over those all important Christmas lists.
Christmas Day at La Sala was truly magical thanks to the carefully selected menus, incredible live music and friendly service. Guests were welcomed with a Champagne Cocktail and Festive Canape reception followed by a fantastic 3 course Christmas Day menu with all the traditional trimmings. Sensational live music was performed by Simone Lisa, Wall Street Band and Tony Capo creating the perfect ambiance that this special day truly deserves.
Likewise, New Year’s Eve was an equally glamorous affair as guests welcomed in the New Year with plenty of bubbles and enjoyed a delicate selection of canapes on arrival as well as a mouth-watering three course New Year’s Eve menu to follow.The evening saw live music from The Wall Street Band, Joe and Jade, Tony Capo, DJ Junior Da Costa and live percussion as everyone counted down to midnight. A truly spectacular way to bring in 2022!
